We enjoyed a fantastic week at Star last week celebrating Outdoor Maths Week. There was a real buzz about maths throughout the school and it was wonderful to see every year group so engaged and excited about their outdoor learning. The week really helped to showcase that maths is truly all around us!
The week ended on such a high with Rock Stars Day. We were completely blown away by the effort the children put into their costumes to really get into the spirit of the day – thank you to our fantastic parents for their support in this! There were some very exciting events held throughout Rock Stars Day including year group quizzes. It was a truly special day and left the staff in no doubt of how lucky we are to teach such talented mathematicians at Star Primary!
