What an exciting week for Science at Star! We were delighted to have the Royal Institute of Science join us on Wednesday for the whole day. Years 1 to 6 all attended a wonderful science show based on energy comprised of mini experiments and demonstrations. The children enjoyed taking part in and observing the power of energy and most importantly renewable energy! The RI rounded off the day with a riveting community science show full of fire, explosions and rocket lift offs! Thank you to our parents and children who attended. We will share an evaluation form via parentmail early next week and we would really appreciate your feedback. To those who weren’t able to get a ticket, we hope to have lots more exciting science events throughout the year, so watch this space.
